June '99 - Anniversary Special.
This section is completing its first year of existence, and has been a tremendous success almost exclusively due to the wonderful contributions of fellow hobbyists throughout the world. During this period, several submissions didn't quite make it as Tanks of the Month, but since I believe everyone should be rewarded for their efforts, I am celebrating the anniversary by displaying all their nice tanks as Honorable Mentions.
