This fish is labeled wrong it is a Julidochromis regani (kipili). Kipili is a vairiant of the species. The kipili is yellow and there are others which are white with blue edged fins. These are very pretty fish with nice temperament. They are a Tanganyikan breed. I have mine with some Alto. compressiceps and a couple Tropheus duboisi.
