I have this ebo jager heater and it is always on will it shut off I set it to 79 and tis at 82 whats the deal

I have had the same problem with all my heaters. Rather than complain or go buy a new one, I just set the heater to about 70-75 and it should keep the tank at about 78. Hope that helped. Very Happy

If you still have all the paperwork that came with it, then call the company and ask about it. I never would have thought of that but I was just reading one of the posts and thats what they did.

thanks I will try that. I set it for 79 and it stays at 82.

Heaters are set in a room witth a set temp. I think there all off a bit.
