My friend has a pond that is unfilltered and not heatered. She can't have a fillter or pump or heater because there is no plug to plug them into. Funnily enough all her fish have lived like this for around 3-4 months.
She has 8 fantails and 1 comet. She is really busy and never has time for them, so I come over to help. About once in 2 weeks we have to keep the pond ot so it's a big job.
Is there any battire operated fillter at least???

Just pay an electrician to put an electricity point outdoors, trying to run a filter on batteries is just absurd - it'd chew through batteries like crazy if it were powerful enough to filter an entire pond.

Thanks, I'll tell my friend that, but her pond isn't really that big like the size.
It's like the size of an ordinary tank.
Are there battery operated fillters though?

There are solar fountains that might flow thorugh a small prefilter sponge. But it is probably too large and expensive -- you'd need a 8' diameter pond.

Lack of oxygen is more important than the filtration, really. A small pond will have a lot of algae to chemically filter the water, and if she isn't supplementing the food there is not much load on the pond.

If the pond is small, she is probably overstocked, goldfish need more than 20 gallons each in a pond, esp with no aeration. If she does nothing, nature will thin the group out, it just may be that the survivor(s) won't be the ones she likes best.

Once or twice a year, or more if needed, she ought to clean the muck from the bottom of the pond, goldfish will browse through all that crap and get ill.

Water changes are nice, to keep the KH up, as rain and normal processes will reduce the KH until one day there is a pH crash.
