Ooooh... Very nice. It looks so flawless! How long has it been set up like that, and what variations of Discus do you have (they're gorgeous)? Even though there's hardly a need to point it out, your tank just seems the picture of health, especially the plants (the greens, the yellows... somebody get me some tissues)! Smile Now *that* folks, is something I could sit in front of for hours at a time, lemme tell ya. Cool

Isn't it a little bright for Discus?

One constructive criticism - I reckon to break up the green stemmed plants a red stemmed plants. You have red plants but no real tall ones (like ludwigia species).

Maybe another coloured discus to stand out? A blue variety? Red?

I started this tank in january 2002. Now I have 6 discus, 4 in the 240L tank and a pair in a 120L tank. I also have some 2 1/2 week old turquoise red's.

My discus are:
1 Golden sunset
1 Red pearl
2 Turquoise red
2 young blue discus (don't know the name)

Pharcyde, the brightness of the tank does not seem to bother my discus. I have been trying to get a tall red plant like ludwigia, but it is not easy because there is only one petshop in my town, with not that many plants Wink I have been thinking of buying a Tangarine red discus, but it's very expensive, so I will have to wait untill I earn some money Confused
