I was on vacation for three week and when I returned my lawnmower blennie was noticeably skinny. I had someone feeding, but to cut down on the algie growth, I cut back on the hours that the lights were on. He was eating as of yesterday, but today he is not.
I can't stand by and watch him die. He was my first fish. Any suggestions on how to get him to eat? There are not obvious signs of disease and the other tank mates seem fine.
Thanks!

Yes Grendel has a great idea for you with the Algae strips my Blenny would rip that apart. You can either tie it to a rock or get a suction cup clip for hanging it on the glass.

I noticed my blenny got bullied in my tank. Do you have any fish that chase him into his hole? This could also effect his feeding. The algae strips will also solve this problem. Only my herbivores touch the strips usually.

To give you an idea what your looking for try the two links below:

These are the two products I use.

Fish feeding clip link:

Algae sheets:

I feed mine dried nori also you can get it anywhere that sells japenese food items, most grocery stores carry it. Also maby try alge disc I use both and my blenny loves them. I had the same problem mine was fat but when the alge started thinning out so did he but he took right to those foods.
