I've had a pair of dwarf gourami's and a pair of Blue Rams in my 29g and they didn't chase each other or hurt one another.

but how big is your tank?

80l could be a problem if the gourami's and rams mate at the same time (it could mean war in your tank) but that would depend on how your tank is setup (lots of plants and hiding places).
I personally wouldn't try it in any tank smaller than 29g (110l) <= but thats just me Very Happy

I got the rams and they are in my main community until I can add the gravel, they are not eating but they are both males so they can't
(duh)mate. The planting is cambodia java moss, amazons , rubins.
They are small 2 3/4 cm. anyway when I buy the gravel then I will move them

In my 55g, I have 2 rams and 2 blue gourami's. I have never had a problem...they act as if neither exists. Also, a few months ago I had 3 Kissing Gourami's in there, and never had a problem either. I actually had traded in the KG's cause they were bothering my ropefish.
Good-luck! Very Happy

As the post above, since the rams and gouramies are two completely independant species. You should have many if any at all problems with the two species of fish.

The worst that you may get, is the odd peck from the rams if they gouramies are in the rams territory, and maybe at feeding time.

The pecking will not be nasty though

I have 2 rams in a 75 litre with Corries, and this is their normal behaviour
