Do you have an air-stone in your tank? I think I remember reading that snails can get bubbles stuck under their shells. I don't know what you're supposed to do, though. I guess, somehow, you'd have to "burp" it.

Not in the goldie tank. But the tank he's in now has a huge bubble wand. I know he has bubbles in his shell, for it happens a lot, but even that shouldn't make him be unactive and in his shell, floating for two/three weeks.

Update though, he's crawling around the tank normally now! I think there was something about that goldie tank he didn't like... oh well... now that he's okay, time to launch my quest in the LFSs for crushed coral...
