My 10 gal quarintine/hospital tank was ignored for about a month. It is planted with extra java moss and rangeri sword from a mother plant. No fish it it, I noticed small almost oval bubble like things swiming erraticly! then closer inspection I think they are Daphnia. also small white worms moving on the glass? Shocked what to do now? drain dry it bake the gravel and rocks? are these bad parisits? or can I just do water change and use it as quarintine tank?
thank you for your replys

I've found some fry in my tank that has been left unfed, apart from rotting matter already in bottom, Unheated, not lit etc. This is near to stagnent water for 3 months.

This tank also had worm like creatures and "things" that crawled about in the bottom.

Since I found the fry, I did a good vaccuum and quite a few water changes. Havnt seen any problems develop with the worms, so I don't believe you will have a problem.

Just give the tank a good vaccum and few good water changes and all should be fine.
Tell it how it is!
