Happened to be watching the tank when my Stomatella Varia. Started to spew eggs and sperm into the tank. Hopefully some will make it.

He's a cross between a snail and a slug. He came in on some live rock I bought.

If by chance you have more than one you will end up with little ones soon. They reproduce very easily and rapidly. But there a good thing to have I had some in my big tank and when I took an old filter cartridge and set it in my q tank I ended up with babies in my q tank also. But like I said there a good thing.

I Only have the one. I've read they have Asexual reproduction so I'll keep my eyes peeled.

Its neat I had a mating explosion. Some parameter in the tank must have varied. I have snail eggs everywhere and the stomatella releasing eggs.
