I haven't heard of too many people building them. If you have access to the molding equipment go ahead. Most are one piece injected molded. You can purchase them but there probably pretty pricey.

I use two 30 gallon rubber maid tanks for feeder fish and saltwater holding. They are pretty cheap and easy to use.

Look under hardware/seasonal --> then stock tanks

No I'm talking about big tanks 500 gallon+

I have one at home but I bought it second hand

Used sheets of fibreglass impregnated with epoxy and put in a wood frame.
works great - but need to know how to build more

ahh I got ya. Well www.garf.org has instructions on how to build a 500 gallon plywood tank. You may be able to dig up some fiberglass knowledge there too.

Do you mean Fiberglass or Plexi-glass?

It's supposed to be pretty cheap to build
I have one that is 1200 liters at home
I want to build more - having a real hard time finding any info on the web about it.
