Question Anyone ever feed Koi Pellets (the small stuff) to regular goldfish? Reason I ask is because I noticed a very large bag of small Koi pellets cost just as much as a medium container of goldfish pellets, well at least in my area.

I wouldn't feed it as a regular diet unless I usually supplemented with fresh veggies and/or live foods.

Read the ingredients. The first three say a lot.
Anyways goldfish like koi love a little bit of variety in their diet.
Watermellon, and lettuce is great.
Just always make sure their BM is going well.

I don't feed mine any veggies. I feed mine flakes, sinking granules (small pellets), spirula discs, and medium floating pellets. I go thru a 500 g container of pellets pretty quickly. That's the reason for my first post.

And I'm not sure what BM is? Can someone explain? Question

Also spirulina disca are veggie matter, so technically you are feeding veggies just not fresh ones. Smile
