There are two different batches of babies is this tank if you look closely you can see some smaller babies in their also. Their parents are now sold, I sold them to the lfs in my area about 3 weeks ago I was needing some money, and you know how that goes. I`ll get some nicer angels out of this batch, so I didn't worry about selling the parents. I`ll keep 15-20 to grow out to breeder size and sell the rest around nickle size. My e-mail address ,instant messanger, and all that is in my profile if anybody wants some. Later,
Reef

Ian, if you look closely at the first tank pic it does not look like there is any substrate.

Did you buy the parents as a set? Were they already established? Where did you keep the parents?

Skysong is right, there is no substrate, just a bare bottom. the tank is a 55 gallon. W/ a Wisper 3 hanging filter w/ sponge intank, so it won't suck up the fry when they`re small, and it serves as bio filtration also. There are also 2 sponge filters in it also, that run off an air hose. This gives me all the bio filtration I need. Water is just dechlorinated tap. Temp is 82F, pH runs about 8.1 here, pretty hard but the angels don't mind they are easy and hardy to breed and raise.
Skysong the parents bred in 20gal tanks, on strip of slate leaned against the glass. And bought one pair off aquabid, and the other pair came from my brother, who bred and raised a bunch and they paired off on their own. For the second pair, it was their 6 th spawn. The aquabid pair, I don't know how many times they have spawned. You usually can find some nice different angels on aquabid. Anyway guys, thanks for replying! See You on the board!
