No, I got them at my LFS. I traded in my Congo tetras because they were eating the plants (even the ANUBIAS, for Pete's sake!). It was difficult to do, but I'm quite happy with the AMTs, which school very tightly though tend to hug the bottom more in my high-light tank.

Thanks, you two. You should know that for all photographers--amateurs and professionals alike--for every good shot you see posted there are probably ten or twenty more that end up on the cutting room floor. Skysong, I'd like to take credit for getting that African moon tetra perfectly centered in the viewfinder, but I'd be lying through my teeth. Confused They just move too damn much! Put simply, it takes a LOT of patience, a LOT of frames, and more than a touch of luck before I get ONE picture that I can salvage through cropping, resizing, and/or adjusting for contrast. But, you still have to have good raw material to begin with, and that means getting a good shot that you can work with. In case you're interested, I shared my photographic techniques in this prior discussion. It's a bear to read, but so far it's given me the best pictures.

I can totally vouch for what you have to say 2la. My mother is a professional photographer and she commonly takes over a hundred shots for one job. Also very nice tetras, one of these days I will show off mine in the board.
