MY fish store refuses to order me some aquarium silicone. I want to make caves but I also want to glue or silicone them together so they won't fall. Will a gluegun work and be safe for my fish. I didn't think it would be but I will ask the experts

I'm not sure that gluegun glue is waterproof or safe for the fish.

Purchase some Super Glue GEL. Make sure its Gel. Make sure it says Cyanoacrylate in the ingredients. I use GEL super glue in my reef tank to glue corals to rocks and Have never had a problem.

My Local Home Depot Carries Aquarium Grade Silicone. If you have one locally or another hardware store you can see if they have it. IF they don't oh well you can pick-up the glue there. Very Happy
Don't buy the fish before you know the fish.
