I keep a few tanks:
10 Gal.: 2 painted platys, 2 sunburst platys, 5 clown loaches, 1 opaline gourami
5.5 Gal.: 3 kuhli loaches, 1 rainbow shark, 1 pleco.
2.5 Gal.: 3 Dwarf Firebelly Newts
1 Gal.: 1 Betta

5 clown loaches in a 10g won't go well. they are a large loach species and need a MUCH larger tank. not sure about the opaline gourami.

to my knowlege there are no plecos sutiable for a 5.5 gallon tank. Also I am highly sure that a rainbow shark also needs a much much larger aquarium.

Welcome to this wonderful site. 
But I too agree with SLACKra.
For the 10 gallon I would try to find the Clown loaches and Platys a new home, but you could keep the Opaline Gourami.
For the 5.5 gallon the Rainbow shark will need a bigger home and so will the Pleco, but not sure on the Kuhlis.

a 5.5gallon tank with sutiable hiding spots would be fine for 3 kuhli loaches. you could probably even add one more, just watch your nitrate levels and ajust the amount of water you change weekly acordingly.
