I would maybe add a few more cories and you definately should add a schooling fish for the upper middle section of the tank. in a tank that big maybe 20 or so. the more dither fish you have the better chance you have of seeing your loaches more often. plus with the selection of fish you have the top middle is pretty bare.

What did you want to "ex" out? You would have to tell us that in order to determine if you can have the tetras.

I don't think the Krib will pick on the tetras providing you don't have a breeding pair of Kribs, because they get aggresive when breeding and that the tetras are not extremely small. I would suggest:
3 Clown Loaches
3 Yo Yo Loaches
3 Kuhli
6 Panda Cories
1 Dwarf Gourmia
1 Rainbow Shark
6 Otos
1 Krib
10-12 Neon Tetras
10-12 Glowlight Tetras.

I would drop one of the loach schools, probably the clowns since they get to 12 inches (eventually). Then add more of each school of other loach.

I would give it a good heavy planting of live or fake plants to give the loaches exploring oprotunities and a place for the tetras to hide from the krib, if it gets hungry.
