hi... I am posting this for a friend.
he had in a 47gl. bowfront, 2 beautiful teacups along with a few big barbs and some angels. the tank had been running for a long time, then all of a sudden one of the rays died. he works at a LFS so he had the water tested and all parameters were correct. all of a sudden the other ray died.
none of the other fish are dying though so we thought this was kinda strange! I suggested looking into some info on the teacups and thought that I had heard that the water should be on the low end of brackish. he never looked into it and I am not sure. I may be totally wrong on the brackish factor... but even still, it was a very health freshwater tank.... ANY POSSIBLE SUGGESTIONS?

thanks
