First what size tank are we talking about?

A jag and a jack fighting would seem pretty normal behavior to me.

What are the other tankmates? You mentioned eggs, do you have any idea what fish they came from?

The eggs came from the jag and in the tank is a jack, jaguar, and a red terror

How big is the tank? I would suggest setting up a tank divider immediately, is there a pair of jag's or just a female?

OK, in your profile your biggest tank is a 55 gallon. This tank is not big enough for even one jag or red terror by itself. Let alone all three in there together. They are very big fish, with even bigger attitudes. I suggest some deep reading at these two links.

http://www.aquahobby.com/gallery/e_festae.php , this is the red terror.

Best of luck

Yep. 55 is really tight...especially with a mother jag. I would take out both the JD and the festa ASAP and leave the jag in there by itself.

Turning from yellow to white is more than likely a sign that they have fungused and won't make it.
