These are some of the pictures of my friend's flowerhorn. He lives in a 300 litre tank. I don't have any full tank pictures.

Enjoy

To give you a fair idea about the tank. Here are the dimensions:

Length : 100 cm
Breadth: 40 cm
Height: 65 cm

yes it is a sort of eco-friendly rubberised plastic fish. Why?? does it cause a problem to the fish?

Oh no, I was just curious. They make good toys for when the cichlid gets bored. Most of the larger cichlids need a little something for stimulation.

It happens with oscars all the time. Many of the lager cichlids do have the capacity for boredom. My brother in law had an oscar who got bored and used to beat up on the heater for kicks.

An allied question - Can a flowerhorn live in pairs? I have never seen that in any of the LFS or households here in India.

Another one - Which cichlid gets along well with a flower horn? We tried oscars and green terrors they did not work out.

Well that tank is just under 70g. How did the others not work out. Were they too agressive for the flowerhorn or the other way around?
