Hey,

I paid up front for a penn plaxx sunken ship(both halves) @ $100.... They had to order it and I was told one week... Now a month and a half later they keep finding new lies to feed me every week I stop in to collect... I started asking for my money back two weeks ago but they won't..... I'm just wondering what I can do in this situation short of cracking their display tanks???

if I were you I would buy your decor at a LFS rather than online. there is not that much fush with buying stuff in person

Is this a privately owned lfs, or a corporately owned one? If the latter, you should be in more luck, and can usually complain to a "higher authority," especially if you have the paperwork to back it.

Let me clarify just a lil....
This is a local fish store called Pet Paradise!!! ITS IN PERU< ILLINOIS..... The latest excuse they have spewed to me is that the manufacturer is having problems, etc... So I emailed the manufacturer.... Waiting on a response before I take the next step......

Also, if you don't get satisfaction go to the Better Business Bureau, or at least inform the shop that you are going to. I can't tell you how many times I have had CS issues and merely dropping their name has made the tide shift quickly.
