Does anybody know if you buy extensions for the intake tubing on TOPFIN power filters? I know the larger ones come with an extensions. Like the 30 and up. I need one for my TOPFIN 10 and 20. I want to have the intake tube a bit longer and closer to the bottom of the tank. I have APPLE SNAILS that create a bunch of waste. Without disturbing the gravel with a "hard" current", why not just extend the intake tube so it reaches closer to the bottom? _________________ COREY- DAWG |

| get a plastic tube and make your own extension. Cut your existing tube and join the 2 parts with the plastic |

If I'm not mistaken TopFin is made by Whisper... the parts are interchangeble. Your LFS should have parts for if not TopFin then Whisper. I know PetSmart carries the TopFin brand.

yes, PetSmart does carry Topfin, I will go take a look. I just don't want to attach PVC with aquarium glue and all that. I just need a longer intake tube. Thanks _________________ COREY- DAWG |
