I have a large banded coral shrimp in my tank and I'm thinking of adding a cleaner shrimp. Will they fight?

Hmmm, profile says 20 gallon marine?
If you had say a 55 gal tank I would say, as long as each has plenty of space, its own hiding ledge/cave etc. you should be okay but you have a really small system there; all animals exhibit a personality factor and in tight quarters anything can happen. These guys have competing profiles/food base, plus the larger BCS are known to have a nasty disposition anyway. Caution is in order.

IME, eventually any Stenopid WILL eventually catch, kill, and possibly consume any Lysmatid.

Well I'm glad to say that they do not fight. The CBS isn't aggresive to the cleaner unless it comes too close and by "too close" I mean if it is touching it. The only time it chases the cleaner is during feeding time and it just scares it off instead of attacking.

About 2 weeks. Hopefully they'll stay the way they are right now.

If you value the Cleaner Shrimp, I'd get one or the other out before it's too late. 2 years and I would say that's a respectable amount of time and out of the norm, but more power to you. Two weeks is an "accident" waiting to happen. That's not a knock at all, just some simple information. Almost all of the time, when kept together, the CBS will eventually do in any Lysmata.

Well I'm watching them very very closely and the CBS doesn't even care about the shrimp anymore even if it is touching it. During feeding time, the CBS shows a little aggression but almost none at all. I have moved the CBS anyway just incase. I put in a camelback shrimp with the CBS in a little 10 gallon by themselves just to see if the CBS decides to kill the camelback since it is only 1 inch long. If they are peaceful for more than 2 months I'm going to put the CBS back in the tank. Thanks for the help!
