Whoooaaa, regarding the Regal Angel...
If you are referring to P. diacanthus, you need to pick another angelfish!
See my notes under post/article; marine species not for beginners.
If you must have an angelfish, go with a Flame Angel instead.
Make sure your snowflake is small or your clown will end up inside it.
Also, make sure you take every precaution to seal up ALL openings at the top of your tank with nylon screen, acrylic plates, etc. Most eels are lost from spending a night on the carpet.

Though the hawkfish is aggressive, I'd still be worried about it getting eaten by the Eel. And unless the clown is already near full grown, I wouldn't add the eel in until then.

I don't know what your level of experience in the marine hobby is. However, most large Angel species can be tricky, and a 85 gallon tank is not large for these fish. A Majestic Angel in particular is not high up on the list of easy fish. They can be picky eaters, and many individuals are imported from the Phillipines, where collection practices are questionable at best.

If you have your heart set on a larger Angelfish species, consider a French Angel or Koran Angel. The Koran Angel, in particular, is a very attractive species which is much easier to keep than the Majestic. Not to mention less expensive!

You're going to need upward of 100lbs of live rock, not anywhere near 25. (just so that you're aware) Plan to spend a large portion of your setup budget on it!
