I wouldn't recommend attempting an anemone for anyone with less than a few years of successful experience, at least 250W MHs, and a well matured (over a year) tank.

just updateding this and I wondered if this would do me good. I am not sure on how many K I will beed for a "nano reef" but I found this fixture that says it pumps out 10,000k with a 1-Dual(50/50) Daylight/1-Dual Actinic..
