I like it! I love the cherry barbs, a couple of the males are a lot brighter than a lot of the pictures I've seen. What are you feeding them?

Thank you all for your very kind comments!!
In answer to some of your questions:

Yes, my wife loves the tank too, though she wasn't to fond of the idea when we recieved the tank, the fish won her over Very Happy .

Actually it is not the nano cube, it is the Eclipse System 12. Which is a 12 gallon curved front tank. I have had some algae problems, but I have found that getting your aquarium in a good balance make the problems seem to start retreating. I imagine that my plants are starting to out compete it which is a good thing considering I have a low wpg (1.3). Course I also have all low light plants in there. Some, such as the anacharis, are very fast growing, which I have heard is a good thing to have in the fight against algae. There are some great artcles on this site that help in the fight against algae! Hope that helps!

As far as what I feed them, I actually am feeding them a little more expensive flake type food called Tetramin Pro. They are called tropical crisps and the fish seem to love them and the food seems to help keep the tank a bit cleaner because it floats for a bit longer than regular flake food allowing more of it to get eaten. It also seems to do a great job with color!

Again thank you all for your comments! They are so very much appreciated!
Thanks!

Just wanted to give a little update! I had said before that I was keeping my eye out for more bandit corys and so I was! I found one!

Notice the jagged looking fin. I saved him from the LFS that had him in with some fin nippers. He was once again sold to me as a Panda Cory (crazy LFS) If I can find one more I will be content! Just thought I would give you all the update! Thanks again for the comments!!!

Tank looks great. Good luck in your search for more of those corydoras.

O have to agree with what others have said...it's very rare to see such a nice selection and application of commercial aquarium decorations. In almost all cases where such things are used they just scream out FAKE! FAKE! FAKE! and tend to add the decorative value of and old tire and a beer can in the middle of a coral reef Rolling Eyes

But yours is nothing like that...and it just shows that fake decorations are not implicitly a bad thing, they can add value to a setup as long as the creator and end user are not aesthetically challenged Wink
