Two days old. Coincidently, the mother looks like yours, the red balloon platy.

I tried feeding mine some crushed flakes, but they don't like them. When did your fry start eating the flakes?

Pretty much immediately, but I really didn't notice them until they were a few days old (I think). They were already a centemeter long mostly.
I've read frozen brine shrimp work really well too, you may want to call your LFS and tell them you have platy fry. They may be able to reccommend something else to feed them. I'm not sure if platy's like daphnia, but I've heard that works well for a lot of fry.

Frozen adult brine are too big for fry at that age. You'd probably be best off buying the goods to hatch baby brine shrimp which are more size appropriate for young fry. Here's an article-
