you shouldn't need carbon I don't use it so I don't know much about it. Do however have the sponge in the aquaclear to remove debris its a lot nicer having clean debris free water than the alternative.

Fishkeeper55 I think that your giving of "good luck" probably should be done by pm. kinda wastes peoples times as some one could have noticed that there had been a reply to this topic and gone to look to see what was new on it and found a good luck message.
