I purchased a pair of ossi clowns about one month ago. now I want to get them an anemone. would you suggest 1 anenome or 2? and what species? I am looking for one that is not incredibly difficult to care for. Basically a nice hardy beginner anenome that is compatible with my clowns.

What kind of lighting do you have How many watts, how many gallons is the tank, how deep? Anemone's usually have fairly high lighting requirements, so that may be a limiting factor...

if you do not have the lighting for an anemone or the tank space I recomend trying them with other hosts. my par of amphiprion occelaris host a colony of brown button polyps. regularly sitting on it rubbin gup against it ect when there not on the hunt for pods.

it is a 29gallon tank, with about 28-30 lbs of live rock, 30" JBJ Dual Strip (1) 65watt Blue (1) 65watt daylight, seaclone skimmer, UV steralizer, and an eheim canister.
pretty decent current running in the tank as well.

any ideas?
