Here goes a picture of the fish I mentioned. They are just nickel sized so they haven't fully developed yet. The veils have almost no white. Not quite like yours but they should develop nicely. I'm sure though if you if you fed your dark marble color enhancing flakes his orange/yellow spots would have gotten darker. I loved his almost perfect finnage for a superveil. It's a shame when stuff like that happens. I've lost a few good fish too, it really sucks.

Can we get a picture of your whole tank. I'm curious to see how you changed it. You had a nice think going with your use of anubias, and open space. Do you still have the discus? Can we see o picture of the dark marble female you had? I know you think I;m crazy right about know but I really enjoyed your setup. It sparked my angels in planted tanks obsession

Nice angels! The clear parts of the fin make their fins look as if they've been attacked lol. I wouldn't be able to keep a bare tank, that would be too boring for me. I love to plant the tank and do aquascaping.

They look different in Person. Also I believe they should get darker as they age

OK, I can't stand it any longer...I have to ask!
Did you get your pair at your local pet shop or did you get them online or somewhere more specific?

Angels have always been my favorite, and I am determined to get a pair that will parent on their own.

Also, do you have any pictures of your whole tank and its inhabitants?

I got them at my local fish store. They actually had a whole tank of similar juvenile angels - I picked what I thought were the best two. I overheard the store owner saying they come from a breeder in town.

I'm working on the whole tank shot - I don't actually own a camera, so all pictures I have are taken with friends' cameras.
