Hi My 90G Tank Has An Exaust Pipe with an 90 Degree Elbow, but the water shoots out so powerful that itblows my arowana all over the tank, and this morning I noticed a small cut. A friend told me about a spray bar, but what exactly are they??

The spray bar is an attachment that causes the water flow to come out as a spray. What kind of filter do you have? If you can find the manufacturer's website, you should be able to look up your filter model and see if they offer a spray bar or diffuser attachment for the output nozzle. If not you could probably contact them for information on how you can diffuse the flow output.

I have a customized wet/Dry Trickle Sump Filter with an Iwaki Pump(Pressure). The water comes into the sump by a Internal Overflow, then Pumped back thorugh a Bulkead into the pipe and water is back in the tank. I have know idea who the manufactuer is. My cousin gave me the tank when he moved.

Here is an example of a DIY spraybar for a custom trickle/sump filter:

DIY Spraybar

Just to give you a basic idea... you should be able to easily modify something similar to suit your specific needs.
