my name is andrew....

I am a victim of brush, beard and slime algae. I started my algae binge shortly after experimenting with various chems such as NPK and some very pure Fe. It has been 2 days since I started my blackout of rehabilitation and I think I may have finally kicked the habit Laughing

My name is Marcos and I've recently replaced my troublesome carpet of Glossostigma and Pygmy Chain Sword with this awesome new carpet called BGA.

Why spend loads of money in CO2 injection, fertilizers and specialized lighting?

Why spend loads of time and effort trying to balance all these things out?

This wonderful little greenie will happily grow all over your dull substrate even if you're trying your best to kill it! You don't even need to bother sticking your hands in the tank to get rid of all those feeble, decadent, so-called "superior" plants, the humble and hardworking BGA will swiftly and efficiently take care of that for you...

So what are you waiting for? Run to your local dealer and get your FREE sample of BGA today! Available in all fish shops where aquatic plants are sold...

my problem cyano bacteria! commonly seen in freshwater aquaria as the dreaded bga. I also have problems with a brown colourd cyano bacteria in my marine aquarium! like its freshwater cousin this thing happily covers my macro algae and attempt to take over some of my corals Shocked ! my answer to bga is chlorine! kills everthing but you will still have a tank full of water and gravel! add fake fish and volia an instand easy to care for tank! my anubias has also sufferered from beard algae. I beleive my anubiases are all dead now as I moved them to a temporary container to save them and they didn't apreciate it, thank you bga!

Marcos, I recently join the same division of the club. BGA on EVERYTHING... its such a pretty color. I even get some reddish type. It makes a colorful back ground.

wait, wait, wait, people... as the self-proclaimed leader and founder of this group Smile, I feel that it is necessary to point out that you (and me) have a problem... We need to fight this fight together... Very Happy don't give in to your BGA, the first step is admitting you have a problem... Wink
