So the fish can travel through the house? That's so cool! I'll put one in the bathroom right by the fishtank sink that was posted a little while ago.

The things people think of!

Byez!! Very Happy

I thought of having a "skyway" built into the wall of the living room then I realized it would be a MAJOR pain to clean. My question is what does he do to keep the water in the tubing.

That was pretty cool although I think it would be pretty tough to clean even tith a algae magnet and water flow.

Keeping the water in the tubing isn't tough as all...works just like syphon. What you would have to do is keep both "end tanks" at the same level.

Think about if you put a glass of water in a tank and pull it up half way out of the water, upside down, so the lip of the glass is still underwater....there's water in the glass even in the part out of the water.

The design includes a pump that moves water from one tank to the other so there is a constant flow through the overhead pipe. I'm sure they have to suck out the air that builds up in the OH pipe over time, the same way the initially filled the OH pipe.
