I want to feed my pleco sinnking walfers. I saw that they cost a lot.

How much do cost ?

Honestly I didn't think feeding a Pleco Algae Discs was an option....
I drop one in a week.....a Pleco will as eat flakes that drop to the bottom but I think its primary diet is Algae.

I would not rely on algae to feed a fish that grows at the rate of a plec. Personally I have barely enough to support ottos! Supplement his diet with blanched veg (lettuce and cucumber/zuccini). Sinking tabs can be expensive, but a necessary part of his diet unless you have an abundance of algae. As he grows he will be less likely to eat algae anyway, so will require alternatives. Smile
