I am going to have to invest in a chiller and I will move the tank out of my room which can be like a little green house but I really like the ice cube method cools and gets the salinity right again. probably going to replace all the live rock completely cept the coral.

cheers

andrew

yes I have pondered doing that. adding a 150watt halide cycling it then moving over my skimmer and my clown and my zoos and my snail. getting completely new coral sand substrate for a pH buffer and looks. brand new live rock decent stuff. a nice leather coral as a centerpeice (I love leathers).

cheers

that was my original idea. pump tank water through a mini fridge. but then I would have to some how hook the fridge/freezer up to a temp controler. not sure how I would do that either. oh and over here the equivilent to home hardware(but no where as good) is bunnings, Miter 10 and the aussie version of home hardware.

cheers
