I am setting up a FOWLR 72g tank, Right now it has a 48inch triple tube flourescents on it, I guess the bulbs are just the standard ones that come with it from All-Glass. I was wondering what would a good combonation of bulbs be, I was thinking something like the two outer bulbs should be 20,000k and the inner should be an actinic, how does this sound? Are there any other flourescent combonations that you would reccomend? And what types of corals/polyps can I grow under these lighting conditions?

Thanks, Wormo

With a FOWLR you can stay with the standard lighting you don't need to up grade untill you get your corals. You can go with the pc and atinic that would be fine. I have that on a 75 gallon it seems polyps, leathers, and mushrooms do best in this type of lighting the (pc and blue atinic). They are growing really well for me. With the similar lighting I would stick with those types of corals.
