Hey guys. I am really trying to set up a marine tank and I think I'm gonna convert my african tank to marine. I have the reed rock, and argonite sand substrate and the tank is cycling now (had to be broken down for a month or so during remodeling) and I was told by the LFs all I had to do was add sea salt and let it cycle for a while. I will be using a 300 watt heater, bio wheel 400 filter, argonite ocean sand, and will be upgrading to a power compact light (4 65 waat bulbs 2 reg. 2 actinic) I want to have 2 percula clowns, 1 flame angel and 1 bi-color angel. What do you guys think about this? All help is greatly appreciated!

Adam

I would watch mixing the angels usually one angel per tank is enough they can be very territorial. Did you get a hydrometer to measure your salt you don't want it to hi or to low? I got some good beginner sites take a look at them.

I'm going to pick up my hydrometer as soon as I pick up the salt and actually decide to do it for sure. I have read a lot of books at the liobrary and borders about the marine tank I want. I'll check out the sites you provided, so thanks for the links.
