| Hello I have had aquariums for about 20 years ,lots of sifferent fish except salatwater, but I have never tried growing live plants. I am going to order a new caopy tomarrow for my tank (fLorescent) and would like to try some live plants but I have silver dollares and goldfish that are about 6-7m inches long along with some smaller fish is there any plants that would grow in this enviroment? I know that silver dollare and the goldfish tend to wreck havok on plants but I would like to try any suggestions also my water is faily soft. |

How big is your tank? How powerful is the light going to be? Depending on how much light you have
Java Ferns
Ancharis
are good, easy plants to have. |
