Hey everybody, I just wanted to drop a few lines and introduce myself. About 14 years ago, when I was in my teens, I had a 10 gallon aquarium with three tiger barbs, two gouramis, and one plecotomus. They lived for a few years and then I moved and got out of that hobby. Now, I'm just starting back in with a brand new 29 gallon tank and today I bought four small tiger barbs. I couldn't help it, I love these guys.

Anyway, I really like this website and enjoy reading everyone's experiences. I plan you ask a question or two from time to time. Looking forward to hearing from you! Smile

Can you give us details on your tank. I am sure everyone would like to know.

Well, not much to describe at the moment. I've only have the four tiger barbs in it right now with some live plants, that I need to identify. I'm thinking of maybe posting a picture of the whole tank somewhere. I may need some guidance on what other fish to introduce. I'm thinking of maybe some tetras and rasboras. Everyone seem to reccomend them to go with tiger barbs.
