Attention aquariums website owners and surfers:

We're almost ready to launch a brand new Links section for the site, which will now be upgraded into a fully featured and interactive Aqua Portal or Link Directory!

Site owners can register as users and control how their own links appear on the site, choose Title and Description, receive e-mail notification when someone posts a comment about your site, and other features.

Other interested users will be able to register and rate the listed websites, suggest site additions and new categories, make lists of favorite websites, and much more. Site rating will be restricted to registered users, but anyone will be able to submit comments just as they would with one of the Gallery pages!

The layout and functionality of the new portal still need some tweeking, but if you're a site owner you can already go there, register and submit your link(s). You may even suggest a new category if you believe your site doesn't fit in the existing ones.

The order in which sites will appear in the Portal isn't yet defined, but two things are certain: having a reciprocal link to Aquahobby.com WILL be very relevant, and the rating average will NOT.

If you don't own a site but surf around a lot and would like to collaborate with us by indicating and evaluating links that you know well, go ahead and register as well...here's the location of the new portal:
