I think I'm cycled??

Nitrite- 0
Nitrate- 5.0
Amonia- between 0-0.25
pH- between 6-6.4


What are ideal water parameters?

Ammonia and nitrite should both be zero. I'd wait a little longer (assuming your test kit is accurate). Have you been testing regularly? If nitrite has already peaked and returned to zero then you should pretty much be done

I test daily and I haven't seen a peak in the nitrites.. I started the tank with gravel from an established tank, plus I added water conditioner the day I set it up as well.. Been up for 1.5 weeks now

The gravel could have been enough to 'skip' the cycle.

Have you been adding a source of ammonia though?

Yeah I have 5 danios in there.It's a 90 gallon

I would personally wait a little longer before adding anything else (say a week, and keep an eye on the levels). 5 small fish aren't going to make a huge impact on the readings in a tank that size. If you do decide to add some fish, remember - go slow.
