I was wondering if there is anything different in taking care of a green royal pleco. I just got it and I spent a lot of money on him and I would really hate it if he died. thanks

Good water quality. Wood in the tank and a varied diet.

Which Species as there are several that get labelled green royal pleco?

I second the wood, it's almost a must-have for panaques. Offer veggies like sliced zuchini and lettuce and don't feed bloodworms; a stomach full of bloodworms can lead to panaques bloating. Veggies will dirty the water quickly so regular water changes.
