I have 2 ropefish in my 55 gallon aquarium, one is very active and the other stays primarily at the top of the tank and doesn't move much. I think this may be due to the common pleco in my tank trying to "feed" on this particular rope fish. Is it possible that the pleco is stressing out the rope fish? water conditions are great, temp is between 78-80 degrees. As stated in my profile the rope fish have glass shrimp and snails to feed on, I also feed them blood worms, the blood worms are their primary food source, they seem to only eat the shrimp and snails every now and then. I also have 3 goldfish, an albino pleco one tetra and one dwarf gourami. Any advice is much appreciated, my wife and I are very fond of the rope fish and want them to have the best environment possible.
