One of my red zebras and one of my serpeis have been with some sort of disease that makes them swim on the side and they also have issues controlling their buoyancy. This can be seen in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=1AA58rIouqs

I have tried almost everything but they aren't getting better anyone has any recommendation or knows this disease?

What are the full water test readings and have you used any chemicals?
