I would do another two 50% changes with added salt and see how he progresses.
Maybe cut down to 30% and no salt for a few more days and then down to twice a week.
Use dechlorinator for all new water you add. Missing this risks killing the filter bacteria.

I'm using the dechlorinator every 50% change

So in the coming days I will:
Do 50% change next 2 days
then will go with the 30% change without adding salt


and for the water temperature..
its now 31

when should I switch it to the normal (28 c) ?

Keep the temperature at 31 until all white spots have gone.

I it doesn't cure the fish but speeds up the ich life cycle)
After the last 50% change, if spots remain, you can add a dose of medication.

Done from today 50% water change ..

today he is eating in the normal quantity (before he got the white spot)

and he is active now and moving very well

The temp is still 31
I added the dechlorinator and the salt


today the FH is very aggressive and he want to attack any thing in the tank
even when I add water, he want to attack the new water lool

he is better now
I don't think that I see any spots now


I will start do the 30% change tomorrow
any thing else?

Sounds good - no more salt but keep the temperature at 31 for a few more days.

it eat very well ..

how long should I keep changing the 30% of water?

and when to change 25% twice a week?
