Could you somebody / bodies please advise as to the best way to plant dwarf hairgrass ie chop plant up into small plantlets, remove rockwool or leave in rockwool and remedial actions to be taken after planting as I have heard to cut back once planted.

Regards
Paul.

Remove rockwool, separate into plantlets and plant in small clumps a set width apart so you cover the area that you want carpeted. Pincettes helps a lot. Also helps if you trim existing roots and leaves down to 1-2" from the central bit of the plant.

Have fun planting. Very Happy
