Very cute, but a pain in the bum as they don't take dry food yet...

You can consider them taking defrosted food an achievement. Wink

I've had a couple for over a year now, and they still won't take dry, but they do like bloodworms and brine shrimp that I defrost.

Am prepared to have to feed them live for the rest of their lives. Very Happy Getting a mix of mosquito larvae, blackworms and BBS right now. I think eventually I'll keep them in a tank with a bunch of RCS so they can predate on the shrimplets too.

It is my ultimate goal to get them onto dry foods though.

Nice Gatorade planters! Oh, and nice Badis also...

Lol, those are some really nice Red Badis, I wish I could keep softwater fish and I hope to soon be able to once I purchase a R/O D/I system.

How did I know someone would comment on the bottles. Laughing I use them for several invasive plants (Hydrocotyle, Marsilea, Helanthium, Lilaeopsis...) to stop them taking over so easily, also doesn't have holes so the Osmocote in the bottom won't leak out unlike regular pots.

The coloration of those fish is absolutely amazing. Some of the best that I've ever seen on a freshwater fish!
