Depending on where you buy them in my area, neon tetras and cardinal tetras run between $3.00 and $7.50 per fish.
I haven't noticed the prices of angelfish... I'm thinking they're about $10 each... depending on the size of the fish.
Gouramis are around $15.00 here... and the most expensive fish I've purchased was a $22.00 synodontis cat.
I only tend to notice the price of the fish if I'm looking to buy it.

Neon Tetras are practically not commercialized in Brazil, what Victor wanted to refer to is the wild-caught Cardinal Tetra. _________________

Neons - $1.5+
Cardinals - ~$5-8 AUD
Rodostomus (rummy-nose?) - $4-8
Angels - depends on size, probably $8-10+ for small ones
Black neons - $5-6?
Embers - $8
AUD:USD is about 1:1. _________________ Fishing in the Rivers of Light |

Last time I saw wild caught cardinals they were used as packing in a box of directly imported rare loricarids. (bagged in a huge bag with little water to stop the valuable fishs' bags moving.
Most commercial fish coming into the UK come via Thailand or Eastern Europe.
This is the stock list of one of the best UK Mail Order suppliers (& the only pricelist I can find a link to )
They list if a fish is wild caught.
