Wonderful example of what can be done with a 10 gallon tank - beautiful set up.

Are those Scarlet Badis' Dario dario?

Lovely fish, I've always liked Dario darios. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I think your 'female' is actually a sneaker male...keep an eye out for fights!

Yeah, I am still unsure if that one dario dario is female. The other 3 are males. They have their spots in the tank and then go hang out with each other. No fights at all. Only the possible female and one male are ever showing off to each other and twining around. If they all end up being males, I am fine with that. They are very pretty!

I am now positive that I have 1 female dario dario. The female dario has a different shaped anal fin. It is more rounded compared to pointed. These two photos show the difference between the male and female fin shape. (Sorry if they are slightly blurry, I am practicing with manual focus)

Not to shoot you down but I don't think the anal fin is really a defining characteristic. This was a Dario dario I bought a while ago that initially looked very similar to yours but showed his colors after a couple of months. Yours looks like it's growing the pelvic fin extensions that are present on males & the color pattern looks like it will intensify as the fish is still quite pale.
