Those are splendid! That third one REALLY makes me want to try out a saltwater tank... some day, about ten years down the road, when I have figured out freshwater a little better. Wink

Excellent tanks - wonderful to look at. They really have changed from what I remember. What happened to the Oscars?

Thanks for the comments everyone! Reefs are not difficult to keep especially these softie reefs where things are a bit more lax. To my amazement I have an acropora frag in there growing properly and not getting leggy...which says something as I only have a 216watt HOT5 fixture.

Unfortunatly we had a prolonged winter power outage back in Decemeber due to a massive snow storm, had a generator but was only prepared for 3 days of blackout...it was 6 days before the roads were passable and we had power. All of my fish died except for 3 tough as nails Rosy barbs.

Here are some pics of the livestock:

Female Gourami

GBR

C.aeneus

Firefish

Pink Zoas

G.abalios male

G.abalios female

Yellow polyps

Thank you Smile

Yeah it does suck about the poweroutage but atleast it is a chance to re-build with new fish.
